Due to the sensitive nature of CCTV and security equipment, and to guarantee that our customers only receive brand-new, uncompromised gear, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a sale is completed. Please ensure that the CCTV equipment you are purchasing is fully compatible with your setup before completing your checkout.
Defective or Damaged Orders (2-Day Reporting Window) While we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect purchases, we do protect our customers against items that arrive damaged in transit or are defective out of the box.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 2 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide video evidence as outlined below.
MANDATORY VIDEO PROOF REQUIREMENTS To prevent fraudulent claims, we strictly require video evidence for any damaged or defective item reports. No claims will be accepted without the required video proof.
Visibly Damaged Outer Packaging: If the courier delivers a package that is visibly crushed, torn, or damaged, you must record a clear video of yourself receiving the package directly from the delivery executive, clearly stating and showing the damage. Alternatively, you may refuse the delivery entirely.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: For all orders, you must record a clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video.
The video must start by showing the sealed package from all sides, clearly displaying the shipping label and your tracking number.
The video must show the package being opened and the physical condition of the items inside.
If the item is physically damaged or dead on arrival (DOA), the defect must be shown clearly in this original, uncut video.
Edited, paused, or cut videos will not be accepted.
How to Submit a Claim Email our support team at jobin@alphasmartsystems.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and attach your unboxing/receiving video.
Resolution Once we review and approve your video proof, we will provide troubleshooting support, a direct replacement, or warranty assistance. We do not issue cash refunds; we will ensure you receive a working replacement. Claims made without the required video proof or after the 2-day window will be automatically rejected.
Order Cancellations Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
